Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Fluent in English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer-facing restaurant experience.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Must obtain state/local food handler certification.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage restaurant staff during shifts.
• Train new employees on procedures and standards.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Lead shifts and ensure smooth hand-offs between shifts.
• Maintain guest-first attitude and high standards.
• Coach staff to improve speed, service and execution.
• Ensure proper staffing per RGM schedule.
• Maintain cleanliness and health standards.
• Enforce policies and escalate issues as needed.
• Oversee cash handling and POS transactions.
• Track sales, labor and costs to meet targets.
