Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer-facing restaurant experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a food handler's certification (state/local).
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Must fluently speak and understand English.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of health/food safety principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise restaurant staff during shifts.
• Train new employees on procedures, guest experience, and standards.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Coordinate shift tasks, breaks, and hand-offs.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and cleanliness.
• Oversee daily operations, inventory, and cash handling.
• Develop staff through coaching and onboarding.
• Help control costs and ensure accurate shift documentation.
