Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Manager to support management in daily tasks and ensure top guest experience. This hourly role focuses on service quality, standards compliance, and smooth restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will coach crew, perform safety checks, assist with inventory and opening/closing duties, and maintain strong guest relations while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintains fast, accurate service, positive guest relations and ensures products meet quality standards.
• Conducts periodic food safety audits and provides ongoing coaching to crew on service and quality.
• Shares cash handling duties, deposits, opening/closing and safety verification with the management team.
• Oversees daily inventory, setup of control sheets, and monitors orders to match company standards.
• In the absence of management, opens/closes the restaurant and handles deliveries and operations.
