Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer-facing restaurant experience.
• 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
• Must have or obtain required food handler's certification for state/local area.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage restaurant staff during the shift.
• Train new employees on procedures, guest experience and standards.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Lead shifts by assigning tasks and managing breaks.
• Coach and support team to improve speed, service and execution.
• Ensure proper cash handling and POS operations during the shift.
• Maintain health, safety and cleanliness standards across all areas.
