Responsibilities

• Ensure proper staffing and adherence to health & safety regulations.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Oversee daily operations, including food prep, service, and cleanliness.
• Manage cash handling and register activity during the shift.
• Support with onboarding, cross-training, and teamwork.
• Track sales, labor, and costs to help meet financial goals.
