Responsibilities

• Coach and encourage Team Members to foster growth.
• Communicate daily with shift leaders to ensure seamless shift changes.
• Ensure foundational food safety knowledge for all employees.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary BOH/FOH environment and boost team morale.
• Create a high-energy, urgent atmosphere without rushing guests.
• Balance speed and accuracy to optimize guest experiences.
• Lead shifts by anticipating problems, analyzing situations, allocating resources.
• Coordinate with Back of House and Front of House to meet needs respectfully.
• Influence workplace culture through daily actions and attitudes.
• Support other Team Leaders and Directors during shifts.
• Handle guest complaints, tills, and change funds.
• Maintain labor points and ensure peak-hour readiness.
• Lead specific zones during shifts and manage opening/closing operations.
• Delegate tasks for operational excellence and monitor quality of food and oil.
