Chick-fil-A Harvard Park in Warrensville Heights, OH is seeking a Shift Leader who embodies our core values, serves guests with a servant’s heart, and helps run a fast-paced, people-focused operation.

You will lead shifts, train new hires, and coach Team Members to uphold excellent customer service and daily operational excellence. This role offers growth, a collaborative culture, and opportunities to learn from experienced Operators.

• Offers immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
• Assists in training of new hires, sets the tone for a shift, and acts as a role model for our team

• Counts drawers and finalizes day
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

A Shift Leader is one who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture, and has a servant’s heart. Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping Team Members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our 2nd Mile Service. A Shift Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively and coaching/developing Team Members. Shift Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.
