Job summary

Chick-fil-A Melrose Park is seeking a dedicated leader to guide Guest and Team Member experience. Expect 35+ hours weekly, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to coach teams through peak and non-peak hours.

You will collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house leaders to drive service excellence. Successful candidates demonstrate leadership, strong communication, growth mindset, and a genuine heart to serve while building a culture of accountability and teamwork at the Melrose Park

• Work 35+ hours a week minimum
