Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience is required or properly trained and approved to take responsibility as Shift Leader.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with a focus on team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure SOPs and quality standards are followed consistently.
• Coach and develop Team Members and provide timely feedback.
• Oversee daily store operations, inventory, and deposits as assigned.
• Communicate priorities and delegate tasks effectively during shifts.
