Job summary

The Caribou Coffee location in Winston-Salem is seeking a Shift Leader who will partner with the General Manager to guide daily store operations and uphold standards. You will coach team members, manage guest connections, ensure SOP adherence, and drive sales while maintaining a welcoming, energetic atmosphere that reflects the brand's values.

The role requires at least 1 year of leadership or customer-service experience, willingness to work early mornings/evenings, and being 18+.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience required, or properly trained and approved.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates mastery of the doing of Team Member with enthusiasm and excellence.
• Lead shifts focused on team engagement and guest satisfaction with Make Fun Happen.
• Ensure SOP and quality standards are followed and communicated clearly.
• Coach and provide feedback to Team Members during the shift.
• Train team on role responsibilities, product knowledge and promotions.
• Perform administrative tasks such as deposits, inventory and store orders.
