You will train crewmembers, open/close the restaurant, and help drive cost and profit goals; advancement to Assistant Manager, General Manager, and beyond is available. The employer offers a competitive benefits package and meal discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience as EPL Crewmember or 1+ year supervisory experience.
• Education: High school diploma or GED; pass EPL Food Safety Audit.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Basic math and computer skills; strong customer service.
• Serve Safe Certification at hire or obtain where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provides oversight to Crewmembers in the absence of management.
• Trains Crewmembers on policies and procedures, ensuring food safety and cleanliness.
• Opening and/or closing the restaurant.
• Creating and ensuring superior guest experiences.
• Contributing to the achievement of cost and profit goals.
