Zax LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to manage product, process, and people during shifts at the Hampton location. You will lead a team, handle guest complaints, and ensure standards are met through training and coaching.

This role emphasizes safety, inventory, and adherence to company policies. Responsibilities include setting shift goals, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive team culture while ensuring excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check required.
• Demonstrates leadership, organizational skills, and cooperative attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Technological savvy with company software and tools.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time.
• Conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete training requirements and shift development plan.
• Create a culture of high performance and coach team members.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members and communicate performance concerns to your General Manager.
• Prioritize the guest and team member experience and resolve complaints and concerns in a friendly and respectful manner.
• Create and maintain a positive culture and healthy team morale through recognition and leading by example.
• Communicate shift goals and motivate team members to meet goals and perform to their highest ability level.
• Delegate tasks to team members and supervise performance during a shift.
• Maintain operational standards and ensure compliance with all guidelines and procedures.
• Receive and reconcile truck deliveries, manage inventory and ensure proper stocking.
• Plan shift duties and ensure opening and closing tasks are complete.
• Collaborate with management to develop goals and report progress to management.
