Zax LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to manage the product, process, and people required to execute a shift in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will supervise team members, respond to guest complaints, and ensure standards are met while driving performance and morale.

Responsibilities include training staff, delegating tasks, coordinating with management on goals, and maintaining operational quality from opening to closing.
