Zax LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee product, process, and people on each shift, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction. You will train and coach team members, assign tasks, handle guest concerns, and uphold safety and standards across operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive team culture. Both part-time and full-time schedules are available, with meals on shift and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Part‑time: Available to work 9 to 28 hours per week
• Full‑time: Available to work 32 to 40 hours per week
• Successful completion of background check
• Demonstrates leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• Follows company standards and local laws with regards to employee time punches.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage shift to meet benchmarks for success.
• Train and coach team members to meet company standards.
• Respond to guest complaints in a friendly, respectful manner.
• Delegate tasks and supervise performance during a shift.
• Maintain compliance with company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are upheld.
• Plan shift duties and ensure opening/closing tasks are complete.
• Report progress and collaborate with management on goals.
