Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader in Burnsville, MN. This role partners with the GM/AGM to guide the store's performance, ensure clear goals, and uphold SOP and quality standards during shifts.

The Shift Leader will coach Team Members, drive guest satisfaction, optimize product sales, manage routine tasks, and uphold Caribou values on every interaction. Availability for varied hours is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience required, or properly trained by Caribou Coffee.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts focusing on team engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop Team Members; ensure SOP and quality standards are met.
• Oversee day-to-day operations during shifts; manage inventory and deposits as assigned.
• Ensure alignment with company core values: Support One Another, Make Fun Happen, Be Yourself, Take Ownership, Serve With Love.
• Communicate clearly on the floor; delegate objectives and tasks effectively.
• Maintain store appearance and product knowledge; drive sales while controlling waste.
