Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience required, or properly trained and approved by Caribou Coffee.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts focusing on team engagement and guest satisfaction with a commitment to Make Fun Happen.
• Maximize product sales and manage waste; own the look and feel of the store.
• Coach and train Team Members on role responsibilities, product knowledge and promotions.
• Perform administrative tasks including deposits, inventory and store product orders.
• Develop Team Members and discuss career growth; uphold core values on every shift.
