Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Shift Leader to guide the team on each shift, uphold brand standards, and ensure a welcoming, high-energy coffeehouse environment. You will lead daily operations, manage guest connections, and support store safety and cash handling.

You will coach teammates, delegate tasks, and participate in training on products, promotions, and service standards. Flexible hours and growth opportunities are available to capable leaders.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of leadership experience or proper training to take on Shift Leader responsibilities.
• Must be available for flexible scheduling; shifts may vary by day and time.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts with brand standards, guest connections, and product quality.
• Coach and train team members on responsibilities, promotions, and recipes.
• Ensure standard operating procedures, cash handling, and store safety are followed.
• Coordinate with the team to deploy tasks, delegate objectives, and maintain shift flow.
• Assist with administrative tasks like deposits, inventory, and product orders.
