Job summary

Caribou Coffee Cary is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily operations, coach team members, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will lead shifts, uphold brand standards, manage inventory and cash handling, and coordinate with management for seamless service.

The role requires at least 6 months in a leadership role, flexibility in schedule, and working knowledge of a POS system. This is a full-time onsite position at 109 SW Maynard Road, Cary, NC 27511.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 6 months in a leadership role or trained and approved for Shift Leader duties.
• Must maintain flexible availability to meet business needs.
• Minimum age 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and ensure brand standards, product quality, cleanliness, and guest connections.
• Oversee operations and delegate tasks to keep shifts on track.
• Coach and train team members in role responsibilities and promotions.
• Handle administrative tasks including deposits, inventory, and product orders.
• Ensure procedures are followed for cash handling and store safety.
