Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Shift Leader for the Hardee’s brand. This role trains for leadership, supervises shifts, and maintains top standards in quality, service, cleanliness, and profitability.

You will work alongside crew, lead by example, conduct pre-shift meetings, and ensure compliance with HR, sanitation, and safety policies to provide a safe and efficient environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and crew; assist with duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standards; control inventory to meet GAP standards.
