Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Shift Leader for a Hardee's location. This role trains for shift leadership, oversees restaurant operations in the absence of the manager, and drives sales while upholding quality, service, and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet the physical demands of the role.
• Must be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management guidance.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships with management and crew; assist with crew duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shifts to discuss operations, promotions, safety, and training.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standards and control inventory to meet GAP standards.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and comply with regulations.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed when in charge of a shift.
