Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Shift Leader for Hardee's to supervise shifts, train crew, and uphold service quality, safety, and cleanliness. You will lead a fast-paced team, manage labor and inventory, and ensure adherence to company standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet Physical demands required of the role.
• Must be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably Valid Driver's License.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Consistent and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management guidance.
• Maintain cooperative working relations with management and crew.
• Conduct crew meetings as needed to discuss operations, promotions, safety, and training.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Control inventory to meet standards.
• Maintain reports and records per company and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain building and equipment with proper upkeep and maintenance procedures.
• Handle cash during shifts and ensure cash procedures are followed.
• Present a professional appearance and adhere to policies on HR, sanitation, safety, and security.
