Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain cooperative relations with management and crew; assist with duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings before shifts to discuss operations and safety.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standards.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standards.
• Maintain records per company standards and compliance.
• Ensure cash handling procedures when in charge of a shift.
• Uphold HR, sanitation, safety and security policies on shift.
