Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader for its Hardee's location. You will supervise shifts, train crew, and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness standards while focusing on profitability and operational excellence.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of shift management experience, are able to lead a fast-paced team, and can pass background checks. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands of the role.
• Must be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain the company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of management.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and crew.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss procedures and promotions.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standard.
• Control inventory to meet company GAP standard.
• Maintain reports and records based on company standards and regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment with proper operating, cleaning, and maintenance procedures.
• Responsible for all cash during shift including deposits.
• Ensure professional appearance and conduct.
• Enforce HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies.
