Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Restaurant Shift Leader for our Hardee's locations in the United States.

You will supervise restaurant shifts, train crew, and maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness while focusing on profitability and operating standards. We seek a candidate with at least 1 year of shift management experience, 18+ years old, and the ability to lead a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Leadership and ability to train and motivate a team.
• Capable of maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and uphold quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Foster cooperative, productive relationships with staff.
• Lead pre-shift meetings on procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Control labor costs to meet standards.
• Manage inventory to GAP standards.
• Maintain records per company standards and regulations.
• Oversee building and equipment maintenance and cleaning.
• Handle cash responsibly when on shift and ensure proper procedures.
• Present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Enforce HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies for a safe workplace.
• Represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. professionally and in line with values.
