Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with management and crew.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss operations, promotions, safety and procedures.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Control inventory to meet GAP standards.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and regulations.
• Ensure cash procedures are followed during shifts.
• Ensure HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies are enforced.
• Represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises with professionalism.
