Job summary

WhiteWater Express is seeking a Shift Leader to lead daily shift operations, support a fast-paced team, and deliver outstanding customer service. The role includes coaching staff, ensuring safety, and maintaining wash quality.

Paid training is provided, with opportunities for advancement within the company. The position offers a strong chance to grow into management, with a supportive team and incentives such as performance bonuses and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Previous leadership, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Support daily shift operations and assist with team oversight.
• Ensure team members understand and complete their responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Help customers choose wash packages and memberships.
• Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with incident reports and operational documentation.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
• Support store opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain site cleanliness, organization, and wash quality.
• Encourage a positive, team-focused work environment.
