You will focus on fast, friendly, energetic service; quality control of our products; crew deployment; drive-thru performance; goal setting; and clear communication within a collaborative team. This role offers growth from within as you lead a team and support the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or food-service leadership.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to lead a team on shift and manage operations.

• Lead shift operations and ensure CARE service standards.
• Coach and develop team members, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
