Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
• Must pass and obtain a Food Safety Certification.
• Friendly, customer-first mindset; thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to stand 8–9 hours; lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Illinois applicants must become food safety certified within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts, assigning tasks and providing feedback.
• Ensure security procedures are followed and back-of-house standards are met.
• Count drawers and manage daily cash handling procedures.
• Prepare quality finished products (sandwiches, salads, soups, cookies, etc.).
• Comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness and safety.
• Restock food lines, chips and cooler; keep areas clean.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions; address customer concerns.
