You will manage tasks, ensure safety standards, and contribute to sales while controlling costs. The role requires a year of supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a bustling kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Must pass and obtain a Food Safety Certification.
• Able to stand 8-9 hours or as needed.
• Strong customer-first mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts, including task assignment and feedback.
• Ensure security procedures and back-of-house standards are followed.
• Count drawers and handle cash procedures.
• Prepare quality finished products and maintain health and safety standards.
• Restock and maintain clean work areas and equipment.
• Handle customer questions and resolve issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
