Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler required.
• Reliable transportation is a must.

Responsibilities

• Coach staff to deliver excellent customer service and high-quality food.
• Deliver the Jersey Mike's guest experience with a positive attitude.
• Handle cash and operate the register following policy.
• Follow the Learning Management System Training Program.
• Develop others for career growth and enforce store procedures.
• Participate in local and national marketing initiatives to build sales.
