Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year QSR experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer.
• Serve Safe Certification – Food Handler preferred/required where applicable.
• Must have reliable transportation

• Coaching staff to deliver amazing customer service.
• Producing high quality food and maintaining Jersey Mike’s standards.
• Delivering the Jersey Mike’s experience to customers.
• Cash handling and opening/closing duties.
• Following the Learning Management System Training Program.
• Developing others for career growth.
• Enforcing policies and procedures.
• Building sales through great service and teamwork.
• Maintain clean and sanitized conditions in the restaurant.
• Lead a crew of 2 to 5 people; slice proficiency
• Be a key holder and communicate effectively with management
