The role requires leading a small crew, handling cash, and upholding cleanliness, safety, and company policies. You will open and close the store, bake bread, and help serve customers with enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of QSR experience preferred.
• Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler.
• Must have reliable transportation.

• Coaching the staff to deliver amazing customer service.
• Producing high quality food.
• Delivering the Jersey Mike's experience.
• Cash handling.
• Following the Learning Management System Training Program.
• Developing others for career growth.
• Enforcing policies and procedures.
• Participating in local and national marketing initiatives.
• Building sales.
• Maintaining the cleanliness and proper sanitation practices in the establishment.
• Being certified in all four positions of the restaurant.
• Effective communication; sense of urgency.
• Lead crew of 2 to 5 people.
• Open and close store tasks.
• Bake bread and perform all prep.

Education
