Job summary

Papa John’s is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and work areas, ensuring high quality products and customer service while driving restaurant profitability. You will help execute company policies, procedures, programs and systems and ensure compliance with laws and ethical practices.

This role focuses on teamwork, inventory awareness, and cash handling, with the ability to work long hours including nights and weekends as required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv‑Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines for each station including dough management and portioning.
• Contributes to achieving the Company’s product goals and customer satisfaction.
• Maintains adherence to policies and procedures in the TM handbook (attendance, safety, security).
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and maintains product quality and service within standards.
• Assists in inventory management and cash handling per company guidelines.
