Job summary

Papa John’s is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise daily restaurant shifts, ensure the preparation of quality products, and deliver excellent customer service. You will enforce company policies, manage station duties, and maintain safety and compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

You will monitor cash handling, inventory levels, and labor costs, while guiding team members to meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience required.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines, techniques and expectations for each station including dough management, accuracy and proper portioning.
• Exemplifies core values, maintains a positive attitude and works well with others.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage for restaurant and provides feedback to correct problems; maintains product quality, customer service, and cost controls.
• Contributes to profit goals by managing cash and inventory in line with company guidelines.
