Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines, techniques and expectations for each station and performs duties to produce quality products while maintaining holding times and cost controls.
• Exemplifies core values, maintains a positive attitude, and collaborates well with others while adapting to change.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and provides feedback to correct issues, maintaining product quality and customer service within policy.
• Contribute to profit goals by using the FOCUS System, executing cash handling duties, and assisting in inventory management to minimize loss.
