Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner within a Taco Bell franchise environment.

This role requires 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic business math, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs; benefits include health insurance and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in either food service or retail, including Profit & Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill

Responsibilities

• Run great shifts in a self-sufficient manner and take ownership of problems
• Support the RGM and provide guidance to team members
• Be willing to help others and ensure smooth shift operations

Requirements

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old

• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
