Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to support the Restaurant General Manager by running smooth, profitable shifts in a self-sufficient manner. You will take ownership of shift operations, resolve issues quickly, and guide team members to deliver consistent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation
