Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Leader to back the RGM by running effective shifts and solving problems independently. You will take ownership, guide teammates, and ensure smooth operations during your shift.

The role offers a shift differential for closers plus a benefits package including PTO, health insurance, 401(k) matching, tuition assistance, meal discounts, and flexible scheduling.

Competenze

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail, including P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy and math skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skill
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation
