Job summary

Philz Coffee is seeking a Team Lead (Shift Supervisor) to supervise daily shift activities, motivate a dynamic team of baristas, and uphold superior service and drink quality. You will foster a welcoming environment while embracing Philz Core Values and safety standards.

Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced food and beverage setting is preferred, but a passion for people and a willingness to learn will be taught. Competitive hourly pay with tip pool benefits is offered.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily shift activities and support a dynamic team of baristas.
• Model high-quality drink prep and service for consistency.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and the local community.
• Assess team performance and ensure adherence to schedules.
• Communicate performance to Store Leaders and other Shift Supervisors to maintain consistency.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new hires.
• Help store operations and safety programs.
