Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC, a Dunkin’ franchisee, is seeking a Shift Leader to guide the restaurant team and ensure a warm guest experience during every shift. You will supervise crew, uphold quality standards, and support the General Manager by assigning roles, coaching teammates, and helping meet goals for service, cleanliness, and efficiency. This role requires reliability, strong communication, and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Math and writing skills required.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Guest focus – anticipate and exceed guests’ needs.
• Passion for results – set targets and deliver on commitments.
• Problem solving and decision making – use analysis and judgment.
• Building effective teams – place the right people in the right roles.
• Physical ability to perform tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver great guest experiences during the shift.
• Oversee product preparation to meet quality standards.
• Assign crew positions and communicate shift expectations.
• Provide coaching and feedback to Crew Members as needed.
• Monitor labor and food costs while ensuring safety and cleanliness.
