Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a leadership role, or properly trained and approved to take on Shift Leader responsibilities.
• Shift Leaders are expected to maintain flexible availability, may be required to work different days/times/shifts.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Leads shifts with energy and brand standards, ensuring guest connections.
• Coaches and trains team on responsibilities, product knowledge, and promotions.
• Manages cash handling, safety, and store procedures; ensures smooth hand-offs between shifts.
• Oversees deployment and role assignments to keep the shift moving smoothly.
• Develops team members with timely coaching and feedback.
