Job summary

MINISO is seeking a Shift Leader in Green Bay to support the Store Manager with daily operations, training, and exceptional customer service. You will drive sales, manage cashiering, merchandising, and store upkeep while promoting our membership program to build loyalty.

This role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and maintaining a positive store atmosphere. The ideal candidate has 1+ years in retail leadership, strong product knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales, meet store KPI goals, and exceed customer expectations.
• Assist the store manager in training and developing sales associates for strong product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor and at the register.
• Help support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, ensure proper stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring it is clean and compliant with safety procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to the Store Manager when needed.
• Support Loss Prevention efforts and adhere to all company policies.
