Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role supports KPIs, store standards, merchandising, cash handling, and store upkeep.

You will promote the store’s membership program, handle cash and POS transactions, open/close, and help with shipments and promotions to drive sales.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
1+ years as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
Assist store manager in training associates for product knowledge and customer engagement.
Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, store upkeep, cash handling, merchandising.
Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
Open and close the store, ensuring safety procedures and cleanliness.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate to management when needed.
Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
Maintain a professional, enthusiastic demeanor aligned with MINISO USA.
Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
Participate in promotions and events to support business objectives.
