Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help achieve KPIs, uphold standards, manage cash handling, merchandising, and shipment processing while promoting the store’s membership program.

You will foster a positive atmosphere, drive sales, and ensure a memorable shopping experience for customers and team members alike.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years as keyholder, supervisor, or shift lead in retail.
• Willing to travel between store locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop associates on product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, cash handling, merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels; implement visual updates.
• Open/close the store; ensure cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally; escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adherence to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately on POS.
• Participate in promotions and events.
