Responsibilities

• Support daily operations including replenishment, fronting, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels with visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring cleanliness and safety procedures are followed.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Support Loss Prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Promote MINISO USA membership to foster customer loyalty.
• Process sales transactions accurately at the register.
• Participate in store promotions and events to meet business objectives.
