Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Madison, WI is hiring a Shift Leader to guide daily operations and support the General Manager. You’ll lead shifts, coach team members, ensure guest connections and store standards are met, and help drive sales.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts focusing on team engagement and guest satisfaction with a commitment to Make Fun Happen.
• Ensure SOP and quality standards are executed correctly and consistently.
• Train team on role responsibilities, product knowledge and promotions.
• Perform administrative tasks such as bank deposits, inventory, store product orders, and other duties as assigned.
