Jersey Mike's Subs is seeking a Shift Leader in Wisconsin to support the management team in running the store and delivering the Jersey Mike’s experience. You will coach staff, ensure high quality food, handle cash, and follow the Training Program to maintain brand standards.

Lead a crew of 2-5, enforce policies, participate in local marketing, keep the restaurant clean, and train for career growth. Must be 18+, have Serve Safe certification, reliable transportation, and be available for 38-40

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Serve Safe Certification is required or preferred.
• Must be 18+ to operate the slicer.
• Reliable transportation required.
