Job summary

BURGER KING is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead a restaurant shift, supporting the RGM and AM in achieving sales and profitability goals through effective people, operations, and guest service management. You will manage a shift of Team Members, drive speed of service, and uphold brand standards to ensure an excellent guest experience.

The role emphasizes coaching, shift planning, and ensuring accurate product prep and timely service, with focus on profitability and guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Team Members to meet shift goals.
• Direct preparation and sale of products for fast delivery.
• Motivate Team Members across workstations during shifts.
• Review restaurant results for improvements.
• Ensure adherence to operational and brand standards.
• Drive profitability and guest satisfaction on shift.
