Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead shifts, ensure exceptional customer service, and enforce brand standards and food safety. You’ll help train new team members and monitor compliance with cash handling policies.

You’ll supervise daily opening, running, and closing tasks, operate POS, handle payments, stock and sanitize workstations, and stay informed about product knowledge and promotions across the plaza.

Qualifikationen

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Aufgaben

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service by engaging in positive, helpful interactions with customers and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures/checklists in accordance with company policies/procedures.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling procedures including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and checking temperatures.
• Perform kitchen-related tasks such as prep, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services available in the plaza.
• Assist in training of new team members.
• Follow brand standards, food safety requirements, and all company policies.
