Torchy’s Tacos in Tyler, Alabama is seeking a Shift Leader to ensure each shift runs smoothly and guests have a Damn Good experience. You will balance hands-on leadership with coaching the team across FOH and BOH.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a restaurant or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety, guest service, and restaurant operations.
• Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe certifications.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 40 pounds and to stand or walk for extended periods.

Aufgaben

• Lead shifts with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
• Open and close the restaurant as a key holder, including securing the facility.
• Identify, prioritize, and delegate tasks to keep the restaurant running smoothly.
• Actively engage with guests to address needs with urgency and care.
• Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring team members.
• Maintain knowledge of FOH and BOH processes, recipe adherence, food safety, and cleanliness.
• Support inventory management, ensure proper prep levels, and conduct line checks.
• Supervise cash management during opening and closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory checklists.
• Resolve guest or team issues promptly, escalating when needed.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
